The office at the works in Hefei, with staff at their desks

The company

A gate is wherethe noise stops.

Anhui Yuhui Metal Products Co., Ltd. makes aluminium courtyard gates, fencing and pavilions in Hefei. Sixty-five designs, one workshop, and a rule we hold to on every page of this site: if we cannot show it, we do not claim it.

What we are

A works, not a trading desk.

Six operations happen under this roof — cutting, welding, grinding, assembly, pre-treatment and the powder coat, plus the gilding brush. What does not happen here is extrusion. We buy primary 6063-T5 profile from Anhui Guangyin and Jiangxi Huike, and we say so rather than letting you assume otherwise.

That distinction matters more than it sounds. A factory that owns its welding bench can hold a dimension to your opening. A factory that claims to own everything usually owns a phone.

What we believe

Wood cracks and rots. Iron rusts. The old form kept, the material changed.

A brush picking out the raised relief of a cast aluminium ornament in gold

Every ornament on a Chinese Classic gate began as a carpenter's detail and then a blacksmith's. Both materials lose to weather. Aluminium does not — so we kept the drawing and changed what it is made of.

The cast relief still gets picked out by hand, one leaf at a time, with a brush. A machine could lay the colour flat across the whole face in a second. It would also look like it.

Asked and answered

The questions buyers actually send.

Grouped the way the site is: by who is asking. Every answer is the works' own, in writing.

Homeowners

Their page →
Is there a minimum order? I only need one gate.

No minimum. One piece ships. If there is no distributor in your country we can send DDP to any address you give us.

What does the crate actually contain?

The complete product with the screws in it. Any local installer already in this trade can put it up. The motor and the lock are optional and priced separately.

What does shipping one gate on its own cost?

For a single gate to Europe or Australia, freight runs at roughly 60% of the value of the gate. That is the crate, not a mark-up. Put fencing or a pavilion in the same shipment and it spreads.

What is the order of events?

Talk first, choose a style, indicative price, measure the opening, drawing for approval, final price, deposit, production, balance, shipment, installation. Nothing is cut until you approve the drawing.

Contractors

Their page →
We send a drawing. Can you price it, and how fast?

Yes, and free. A simple CAD drawing normally comes back the same day. If the drawings are many and complex we either charge a design fee or sign a contract first.

Is there a technical PDF per model?

We can produce one. Gates and fencing share essentially the same sheet.

EXW only, or delivered?

Both. We prefer EXW, but DDP is available.

How far does non-standard go?

Anything that stands up structurally. The real limit is sea freight — past container dimensions the piece is built to split and jointed on site.

Distributors

Their page →
Can we have our country exclusively?

One distributor per country is possible if the intent and the capacity are there, but it needs a signed contract. Without a contract in place, the works can still supply end users in that market directly.

Can one container mix series? What is the minimum per series?

It can mix freely, and there is no minimum per series or per order.

Who issues the test reports?

A third-party institute in mainland China. Reports are available on request. They are not SGS, Intertek or BV, and we do not imply otherwise.

Who answers WhatsApp, and how fast?

Mr Zhao or Tina, all day, usually within minutes. Any language — translation software handles it.
